BPM-Xchange directly integrates MS Excel with your Business Blueprints within SAP Solution Manager, providing a two-way link. An SAP Blueprint can be generated from your own specific structures and reference models held within Excel. The Excel sheets can then be synchronised with subsequent changes made within Solution Manager.

This Blueprint is then used as the basis within SAP for process scoping, communication, initial SAP configuration and test scripts. The Blueprints contain the actual SAP Transaction codes used, in relation to the process steps, providing valuable information to support user training, knowledge sharing and user access.
